Your Course Fee

Your course fee covers tuition. Please note that materials for the course are not included in the fee, unless otherwise stated. The full course fee is payable on receipt of your invoice to secure your place on your chosen course. Payments can be made online, or by card. We prefer not to receive payments by cash or cheque as our bank charges fees for these forms of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Student

    • Your booking is regarded as confirmed when you receive a verbal or electronic communication from Oxfordshire Arts that a space is allocated on your requested course.
    • If you have to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Your booking will be considered cancelled from the time at which you inform us of your wish to cancel.
    • If, for any reason, you cancel your booking more than one calendar month before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded.
    • No refunds can be made to those who cancel, for whatever reason, within one calendar month of the start of the course.
    • No reductions or refunds are available to students arriving late or leaving their class early.
    • No reductions or refunds are available to students if classes are cancelled due to epidemic or hazardous weather conditions.

Please note:
In the interests of fairness, this policy applies equally to all Oxfordshire Arts students, regardless of circumstances. No exceptions will be made. If this is of concern to you, you might like to consider course cancellation insurance, but do check your home insurance policy first as this eventuality may well be covered.

Cancellation by Oxfordshire Arts

Occasionally we may need to cancel a course due to low enrolment. We will give you at least two weeks notice where possible. If your course is cancelled you can transfer to another course, subject to availability, at no extra charge, (unless the new course has a higher cost in which case you will need to pay any difference). Alternatively, we will refund your course fee in full. If we need to cancel a course for any other reason, such as tutor illness, you will receive a full refund of your fee and be given as much notice as possible in the circumstances. If you paid for the course using gift vouchers these will be reinstated.

Please note:
In the event of cancellation, Oxfordshire Arts will not reimburse for materials bought or travel or accommodation arrangements made.

Change of Course Content or Tutor

Every effort will be made by Oxfordshire Arts to run courses as advertised. However, there may be occasions when we have to change the course detail and/or tutors. If this should happen, Oxfordshire Arts reserves the right to make these changes; no reductions or refunds are available and our cancellation policy applies.
