COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

    • A “Take-Out Box” of clay, tools, glazes, etc., plus phone/email advice from a tutor and the usual firing facilities;
    • Full refund of cancelled classes

General Safety

  • Please bring your own mask with you to class, wear it on arrival and in all communal areas and when you need to be less than 1 metre from a tutor. All close-up contact should be side to side so please try not to do face to face unless behind a Perspex screen.
  • Clean hands thoroughly either by soap and water or hand sanitiser before touching communal items.
  • You may use the kitchen to get teas and coffees or other refreshment. Cups need to go in the open dishwasher when you’ve finished with them.
  • The toilet room has been redesigned with COVID in mind. Please find cleaning products/paper towels/wipes to clean touched surfaces after use – including door handles. You can always clean beforehand as well if you have any concerns.
  • The studio is cleaned after every session. However, to help we ask you to thoroughly clean your space. Clear your space and then clean. Please find wipes/washing bowls/sanitising spray in your pod cupboards on the top shelf. You need to clean all the equipment you have used/touched, including your stool.

Please don’t hesitate to say if you feel there is more that we need to do for everyone’s safety and to make the studio as safe as we can in these times. All guidelines are subject to change – we will inform you either by email or at the start of the session if any of the above have changed.
