From 2025 we have doubled the number of Open Studio classes offered by running roughly two classes per month. From 2026 we will introduce some new Tutors for all our classes and workshops. So we cannot put a Tutors name to any of our Open Studio classes. What we can guarantee is that the Oxfordshire Arts ethos (created and nurtured by Alison Jones) is maintained in all our classes. So irrespective of who teaches these Open Studio classes, each student will have the same experience.

Our current term-time potters as well as complete beginners (and any in-between) are welcome to come along to these Open Studio classes. Each student will be taught individually, dependent on what they want to achieve and their experience and aptitude. Classes will be restricted to a maximum of ten students.

Please note: Clay is an additional cost payable at the end of each class.

Tools, aprons and essential potters refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) are provided. We do suggest you wear clothes and shoes that don’t mind getting clay on them! And don’t forget to bring a packed lunch to have in our half-hour lunch-break.
